John is an international trade and customs specialist with extensive senior leadership experience across EU customs, export controls, dual-use licensing, and global trade compliance. His expertise spans EU, US and Chinese customs law and practice, trusted trader programmes, supply chain security, manufacturing systems and SAP HANA. He achieved Ireland's first AEO F certification and the country's first EIDR approval, and worked closely with the Irish Revenue Commissioners in piloting these and other customs simplification programmes.
