“There was so much I needed to learn in my new role,” she says. “But I was ready for the challenge.”

Keen to build a solid foundation in trade compliance, Conia enrolled in the Diploma in International Trade Compliance. What started as a way to learn the fundamentals quickly became something more: “At the beginning, I just wanted more knowledge, but the deeper I went, the more I realised how practical and useful it was in my day-to-day work.”

In fact, the experience sparked a major career move. “The knowledge gave me the confidence to jump out of my comfort zone and find a new job where I could really apply what I learned,” she says.
